Homemade Bavarian Seasoning
If you’re anything like me, you’ve got a spice rack that looks like a tiny chaotic library, yet somehow you’re always missing that one perfect blend. Enter this homemade Bavarian seasoning: earthy, herby, a little peppery, and packed with cozy, flavour. It’s like a warm hug from a German grandma who really knows her way around a roast. I use it on pork, chicken, roasted veggies, you name it. Bonus: it smells amazing while it’s cooking. Trust me, once you try it, you’ll be reaching for this blend way more than you expect.
