
Lychee Peach Fizz
This one’s made for patio afternoons, when you want something fruity, fizzy, and just a little fancy. I threw it together one summer with peach juice and a lonely can of lychee juice, and it instantly became a favourite. It’s floral, juicy, and not too sweet, with just enough sparkle to feel like a treat. Don’t skip the mint garnish, it feels like a spa day, even if you’re in a lawn chair with your feet in the kiddie pool.

Ingredients
- 2 oz gin floral or citrus-forward works best
- 1 oz peach juice
- 1 oz lychee juice or muddled fresh lychees
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup optional, adjust to taste
- Splash of club soda or sparkling water
- Ice
- Fresh mint or lychees for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, peach juice, lychee juice (or muddled lychees), lime juice, and simple syrup (if using).
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Add a splash of club soda or sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.
- Garnish with a mint sprig or a couple of lychees.
