Thisroasted grape and burrata appetizer is a total crowd-pleaser! It’s sweet, savoury, creamy, and oh-so-simple to throw together. The juicy roasted grapes pair perfectly with the rich, melty burrata, and the balsamic glaze brings the whole thing together for a flavour explosion. It’s the perfect appetizer for any occasion! Serve it with crackers or some fresh baguette slices, and you’ve got yourself a hit!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil plus more for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the grapes and pat them dry.
  • Arrange the grapes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze, and sea salt. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Roast grapes for 15 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized.
  • Place the burrata in a serving bowl, gently tear it open, and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Top the burrata with the roasted grapes.
  • Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

Leftovers: If you have any leftovers, store the roasted grapes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Burrata is best enjoyed fresh, so try to serve it the same day.
Herb Variations: Feel free to swap thyme or rosemary for other herbs like basil or mint.
