Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mint finely chopped
  • 2 medium cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Adjust the spices to your liking, adding more cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, or pepper as desired.
  • Place the sauce in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve chilled with your favorite dishes as a delicious and refreshing accompaniment.

Notes

  • Resting: The longer the yogurt mint sauce rests in the refrigerator, the more the flavors will meld and intensify. For the best taste, let it chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
