
Loaded Italian Dipping Oil
This Loaded Italian Dipping Oil is a delicious blend of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, juicy olives, Parmesan, and fresh herbs. Perfect for serving with warm crusty bread, it’s a quick and delicious appetizer that’s sure to wow your guests.
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped
- 2-3 tbsp juicy olives roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp minced garlic or more, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 2-3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese or more
- Fresh Italian parsley (or your choice of herbs) finely chopped
- Flaky sea salt to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and olives.
- Mince the garlic and parsley.
- In a medium serving bowl, pour in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Stir to combine.
- Mix in the sun-dried tomatoes, olives, minced garlic, paprika, chili flakes, freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley until well combined.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Transfer the dipping oil to a shallow dish and serve with warm crusty bread like Baguette, focaccia, or ciabatta.

Notes
- This recipe can easily be made up to 3 days in advance.
