Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp dried basil
  • 4 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp dried rosemary crushed in a spice grinder
  • 2 tbsp dried thyme crushed in a spice grinder
  • 2 tbsp dried marjoram optional
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional, for heat

Instructions
 

  • Place the rosemary and thyme in a spice grinder and pulse until finely ground.
  • In a small bowl, combine the ground rosemary and thyme with the basil, oregano, marjoram, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to combine.
  • Transfer the herb mix to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark place. It will last for several months.

Notes

This blend is perfect for seasoning pasta sauces, roasted vegetables, pizza, and so much more!
  • Store in an airtight container, away from light and heat, for up to 6 months. For best flavour, use within 3-4 months.
