Ingredients
  

  • 8 cloves black garlic peeled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the black garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Using an Immersion blender or blender, blend all the ingredients until thoroughly combined and the aioli is smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice according to your preference.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the black garlic aioli for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve the aioli as a dipping sauce for fries, vegetables, seafood, or as a spread for sandwiches and burgers.

Notes

Storage:
  • Store leftover black garlic aioli in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Stir before using, as some separation may occur over time.
