
Garlic Herb Butter
This garlic herb butter is ridiculously easy to whip up and instantly kicks flavours up a notch. It’s rich, garlicky, and bursting with fresh herbs, slather it on a sizzling steak for a mouth watering finish, melt it over warm rolls or roasted veggies, or dollop it on top grilled chicken. You’re gonna love this one!
Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter softened
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, like parsley, thyme, rosemary, or oregano finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced or grated
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- Transfer to a container or shape into a log using parchment paper. Chill until firm.

Serving Suggestions
- Spread onto warm dinner rolls or crusty bread
- Dollop over steak, grilled or baked chicken
- Melt onto steamed, roasted, or grilled vegetables
- Refrigeration: Store garlic herb butter in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Let it soften at room temperature before using if it’s too firm to spread.
- Freezer: Wrap the butter in parchment or plastic wrap, then place it in a sealed container or freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. Slice off what you need and let it thaw in the fridge or soften at room temp.
