2tbspchopped fresh herbs, like parsley, thyme, rosemary, or oreganofinely chopped
2clovesgarlicfinely minced or grated
½tspsalt
½tspground black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well blended.
Transfer to a container or shape into a log using parchment paper. Chill until firm.
