Ingredients
2lbsboneless skinless chicken breastcut into medium sized chunks
½cupplain yogurt
¼cuplemon juice
¼cupolive oil
6garlic clovescrushed
1tbsptomato paste
1tsppaprika
¾tspcinnamon
½tsporegano
½tspground ginger
1tspsalt
¼tspblack pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the ingredients for the marinade (yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, paprika, cinnamon, oregano, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper) and whisk to combine.
Place the chicken cubes in the same bowl and coat the chicken in the marinade. Cover and let rest/marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Thread the chicken on skewers right before grilling. Add one wedge of onion to each skewer, if desired.
Grill on medium heat for 5-8 minutes per side.
Serve with pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickled turnip, and garlic sauce. Enjoy!

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for upto 3-4 daysReheating:
In the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the chicken on a baking sheet and cover loosely with foil. Heat for 10-12 minutes or until warmed through.
On the Stovetop: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil, and cook the chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through.
Microwave: Place the chicken in a microwave-safe dish and cover with a damp paper towel. Heat for 1-2 minutes or until warm.
