This deliciously fresh and creamy dill sauce has always been a childhood favourite of mine. Each herby bite is a nostalgic trip down memory lane, reminding me of my Oma and Mum. Perfect for meats, veggies, and fondues, this dip brings a comforting, homemade touch to every meal.
In a bowl combine mayo, condensed milk & lemon. Whisk until smooth.
Add sugar, salt and pepper. (should have a balance of sweet and salty)
Add in the dill, mix well and place in refrigerator for at least 30min before serving.
Enjoy!
