These Brie and Fig Puff Pastry Bites are a simple, elegant appetizer made for entertaining. Creamy Brie melts into sweet figs, honey, and a touch of chili flakes, all baked in buttery puff pastry. Finished with prosciutto and fresh chives, every bite hits sweet, salty, and rich in balance.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet until thin, then cut it into 12 squares. Pierce each square with a fork to prevent puffing.
Place the squares in a muffin or cupcake tin. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Place a piece of Brie in each cup
Add a slice of fig on top of the Brie drizzle with honey, sprinkle with
Cinnamon, chili flakes and bake for another 7-8 minutes.
Top each bite with prosciutto and chives.
Season with pepper if desired and a drizzle of balsamic glaze (if using)
