Mean Green Juice Machine

FAQ
Can I make this ahead of time?
Yes, store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake well before drinking as it will naturally separate.
Do I have to strain it?
No. Unstrained keeps the fiber and gives a thicker smoothie-style drink. Straining makes it lighter and more juice-like.
Can I skip the ginger?
Yes, but it adds a fresh kick that really lifts the flavour.
Can I use frozen fruit?
Yes, especially frozen pineapple for a colder, thicker drink.
Chef’s Tips
- Start with 2 cups of liquid, then adjust thickness after blending.
- Blend liquid first to help everything move smoothly.
- For a juice-like texture, strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
- Taste before serving, sweetness depends on your apples and pineapple.

It’s bright and lightly sweet from the pineapple and apple, with crisp cucumber, fresh mint, and a ginger kick that brings everything to life. Toss it in a blender (or juicer if that’s your thing) and you’ve got a cold, refreshing drink that just works.
