Loaded Hashbrowns
Can I make these ahead of time?

You can prep toppings ahead, but assemble just before serving so the hashbrowns stay crisp.

Can I bake them instead of air frying?

Yes. They work perfectly in the oven (see method below).

Can I use fresh potatoes?

Yes, but shred and squeeze out excess moisture before cooking for best crispiness.

Loaded Hashbrowns

Loaded Hashbrowns

Wife with the Knife
Crispy hashbrown stacked with all the best baked potato vibes, melty cheddar, smoky bacon, cool sour cream, and plenty of chives. These are crunchy, salty, creamy, and honestly a little dangerous once you start eating them. Perfect for game day, snacking, or that “I’ll just have one more” situation that turns into five.
